Jesse Furman has been a staff member of Atlantic Arts Academy for the past 6 years.
Jesse’s teaching duties include teaching: Improv, Scene Study, and Film and Television
for ages 5 to adult. Jesse is a founding member of The Jove Improv (former Gated Community Comedy),
a south Florida based Improv troupe performing professionally for the past 4 years.
Jesse has appeared in numerous film and television shows including: ABC’s Maximum Bob,
Caravan Pictures’ “Holy Man”, a starring role in “Scary Tales 2” as Frank Draven,
an executive producer and lead role as The Prowler “Christian Soldiers” and Executive Producer
and lead role as Dick Noble in “Film Contest?”
JJesse has appeared in over 25 stage plays in
Palm Beach County including 6 years with the
Palm Beach Shakespeare Festival, starring
appearances in the Atlantic Theater’s
productions of A Christmas Carol, Misery, and
Italian American Reconciliation and 5 years
working in productions in numerous plays at The
Eissey Campus Theatre. Recently Jesse was asked
by General Motors to appear in "on location"
film shoots for Super Bowl 41 in Miami for a
General Motors website. Jesse’s duties also
include Managing Director of The Atlantic
Theater in Jupiter, Fl. He is currently working
on a feature length documentary on local legend
Trapper Nelson.
